International Online Teacher – Early Years to Higher Secondary
NextGenBright is a global online education platform providing high-quality education for students from Reception / Early Years through to Higher Secondary level.
We are looking for qualified and experienced international teachers and educators who are passionate about teaching and can deliver engaging, structured and high-quality online lessons to students from different educational and cultural backgrounds.
Our tutors may teach students following the UK curriculum, international school curriculum or other recognised national education systems. Therefore, teachers should be able to understand different educational structures and adapt their teaching approach according to the student's curriculum, age, ability and academic requirements.
Teaching Levels
Teachers may be required to teach students across the following educational stages:

The terminology for these stages may vary between countries. For example, students may be referred to as being in Primary, Middle School, Secondary School, Senior Secondary or Higher Secondary, depending on the country and education system.
Teachers should therefore be comfortable working with students from different international educational backgrounds.

Teachers do not necessarily need to be experts in every international curriculum. However, they should be capable of understanding the student's current educational level and curriculum requirements and adapting their teaching accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should have:

Minimum Bachelor's degree / Graduation or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, Science and/or English.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience teaching school-age children and young people.

Ability to teach students from different educational and cultural backgrounds.

Good understanding of school-level education from Early Years/Reception through to Higher Secondary.

Good computer literacy.

Confidence delivering lessons through online video-tutoring platforms.
A teaching qualification, education degree, postgraduate qualification or recognised teaching certification will be an advantage.
Online Teaching Skills
As NextGenBright is an online education platform, teachers must be comfortable delivering lessons using computers and digital learning technology.
Teachers should be able to:

Teacher Responsibilities

Salary & Monthly Payment
This is an hourly-paid teaching opportunity.
The hourly rate will be agreed based on qualifications, teaching experience, subject expertise and academic level taught.
Teachers will be paid according to the total number of approved teaching hours completed during each calendar month.
Teaching hours will be recorded during the month and the total approved hours will be calculated for the monthly payment. Payment will be made monthly based on the approved teaching hours.
Additional teaching hours may be available depending on student demand and teacher availability.
