Our services may include:

  • Learning assessments

  • Recorded lessons

We aim to provide high-quality educational support. However, we do not guarantee specific academic results, grades, examination outcomes, university admissions, employment outcomes, or career progression.


4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your personal details are accurate

  • Your contact information remains up to date

  • Your login credentials remain confidential

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You must notify NextGenBright promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4.3 Student Accounts Under 18

Students under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before using NextGenBright services.

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

  • Approving registration

  • Managing payments

  • Providing accurate student information

  • Supporting appropriate use of the Platform


5. Tuition Services

5.1 Lesson Booking

Lessons must be booked through the approved NextGenBright booking system.

A lesson is considered confirmed once:

  1. Payment has been received; and

  2. A booking confirmation has been issued.

5.2 Tutor Allocation

NextGenBright may allocate tutors based on factors including:

  • Subject requirements

  • Tutor availability

  • Academic level

  • Learning objectives

  • Tutor suitability and experience

We reserve the right to change tutors where reasonably necessary to maintain service quality or availability.

5.3 Lesson Delivery

Students are expected to:

  • Attend lessons on time

  • Participate actively

  • Complete agreed learning activities

  • Maintain respectful behaviour

Tutors will make reasonable efforts to provide effective teaching, guidance, and educational support.


6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Payment Requirement

All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may include:

  • Individual lesson fees

  • Course fees

  • Subscription fees

  • Learning material charges

6.2 Subscription Services

Where NextGenBright offers subscription-based services:

  • Payments will automatically renew according to the selected subscription period.

  • Users may cancel future renewals before the next billing date.

  • Access may continue until the end of the paid subscription period, subject to the applicable subscription terms.

6.3 Price Changes

NextGenBright reserves the right to update its pricing.

Changes will not affect existing bookings that have already been paid for.


7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 Student Cancellation

Students may cancel or request rescheduling in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

  • Sessions cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled lesson time may be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice may be charged in full.

7.2 Tutor Cancellation

If a tutor is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, NextGenBright will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Arrange a replacement tutor

  • Reschedule the session

  • Provide appropriate credit where applicable

7.3 Missed Lessons

If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson may be considered delivered and the applicable fee may not be refundable.


8. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable NextGenBright Refund Policy.

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted through an official NextGenBright communication channel

  • Include relevant booking or payment information

  • Clearly explain the reason for the request

NextGenBright aims to review refund requests within 5 business days.


9. Tutor Standards and Responsibilities

Tutors working with NextGenBright must:

  • Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience

  • Deliver lessons professionally

  • Maintain appropriate communication

  • Respect student confidentiality

  • Follow applicable safeguarding requirements

Tutors must not:

  • Engage in inappropriate communication with students

  • Share unsuitable or inappropriate content

  • Request direct payment from students outside NextGenBright

  • Attempt to move students away from the NextGenBright Platform


10. Safeguarding and Child Protection

NextGenBright is committed to maintaining a safe and appropriate learning environment.

For students under the age of 18:

  • Parents or guardians must provide appropriate consent.

  • Tutors must maintain professional boundaries.

  • Communication must remain appropriate and related to education or legitimate service matters.

  • Safeguarding concerns should be reported to NextGenBright as soon as possible.

NextGenBright reserves the right to investigate safeguarding concerns and take appropriate action where necessary.


11. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Use the Platform responsibly

  • Treat tutors, staff, and other students respectfully

  • Avoid disruptive behaviour

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use learning materials only for permitted educational purposes

Students must not:

  • Share account credentials

  • Copy or distribute paid learning materials without permission

  • Record lessons without permission

  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse tutors or other users


12. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring that they have:

  • A suitable computer, tablet, or mobile device

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A compatible operating system, software, and browser

  • A working microphone and camera where required

NextGenBright is not responsible for missed or disrupted lessons caused by technical problems originating from the student's device, internet connection, or equipment.


13. Learning Results Disclaimer

NextGenBright provides educational support, tuition, and guidance.

However:

  • Academic improvement depends partly on student effort and participation.

  • Learning outcomes vary between individuals.

  • We cannot guarantee specific grades or examination results.

  • We cannot guarantee admission to a particular educational institution.

  • We cannot guarantee employment or career outcomes.

Students and parents/guardians acknowledge that meaningful learning progress may require commitment and independent study outside scheduled lessons.


14. Intellectual Property

All NextGenBright content remains the property of NextGenBright or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

This may include:

  • Course materials

  • Videos

  • Worksheets

  • Presentations

  • Assessments

  • Software

  • Website content

  • Digital learning resources

Users may access and use these materials only for their permitted personal educational purposes.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, users must not:

  • Copy

  • Sell

  • Publish

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Reproduce

  • Commercially exploit

NextGenBright materials.


15. Platform Usage Rules

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful software

  • Reverse engineer Platform technology

  • Misuse another user's personal information

  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Platform

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextGenBright shall not be responsible for losses arising from:

  • Technical interruptions

  • Internet connection failures

  • Third-party services

  • Student performance or academic outcomes

  • Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to maintain appropriate account security

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.


19. Suspension and Termination

NextGenBright may suspend or terminate a user's account or access to the Platform where the user:

  • Breaches these Terms

  • Misuses the Platform

  • Behaves abusively or inappropriately

  • Attempts fraudulent activity

  • Creates a safeguarding concern

  • Engages in unlawful activity

Users may stop using the Services at any time.

Any outstanding payments or obligations that arose before termination remain payable where applicable.


20. Changes to These Terms

NextGenBright may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date where appropriate.
